- Mental Improvement: Essential Oil Blends can be made to help alter and adjust mental disorders and imbalance. These are most effectively applied on the solar plexes or used in diffusers and sprays for aromatherapy. These are used to treat cases with conditions like depression and anxiety.
- Spiritual Improvement: Customized Essential Oil Blends can be made using oils that help elevate the soul or help in better focus during meditation. They can also be designed to target opening certain Chakras and bringing about enlightenment.
2. Base of the Essential Oil Blend:
- Carrier Oils: These are best for Essential Oil Blends used for Massage therapy. They helps as a catalyst in the massage which brings immediate and long lasting relief. It leaves the area smooth and nourished. Conditions that cause pain, dryness or congestion respond well to Essential Oils with a carrier.
- Gel: An Aleo Vera gel base helps quick absorption and keeps the area cool. It is most effective in conditions that causes rashes or burns since it helps heal with Essential Oils but also prevents a sting.
- Lotion: A Cocoa Butter base is used for ailments that make the affected area prone to scabbing or flakiness. The cocoa butter forms a protective layer which locks in the moisture and keeps the Essential Oils also from drying out before absorption. It is most useful for conditions like eczema.
