If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

• Incorrect bottle size,

• wrong fragrance,

• wrong quantity,

• flawed,

• damaged, Or

• Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

You are completely protected. Navarasas offers a 15 day return guarantee for all such items.

 

However products which have been personalized to best suit your requirements: all personalized blends, bath and body products; can be modified to give better results within 15 days of use.

 

If personalized products are sent for return due to change in preferences, refunds/ returns will not be accepted.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product

• Is used/damaged or misused

• Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

• Is returned without original packaging

• Serial Number is tampered.
