Cancellations

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you have to inform us before we dispatch your order. Orders once dispatched from our side cannot be cancelled and you have to accept your order at time of delivery. 

You can cancel your order by giving us phone call at +91-9910027136 / +91-9910047238, or mail us at info@navarasas.com referring your order number you wish to cancel.

 

Refunds

We will process your refund within 3-5 working days, after receipt of the product by us. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order as mentioned below

• It may take up to 7-10 working days for respective banks’ to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or net banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
